Role Overview

This role plays a vital role in connecting with customers, providing solutions, and driving the growth of our lending services. This role combines inbound and outbound sales responsibilities with a focus on exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales of our lending products and services by building relationships, educating customers, and closing deals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and referral opportunities.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and follow-up.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfort using technology and CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of customer scenarios.
